• Registrations are mandatory for all participants.
• Included in the conference registration fee is full access to the CPHS 2022 technical program, proceedings, coffee break refreshments, and the banquet.
• All amounts shown are in U.S. Dollars.

Information for Authors

The CPHS policy requires that at least one of the authors of a manuscript must have paid the FULL (non-student) registration fee for the camera-ready upload of the paper.

Additional Fees:

• Cost per paper for extra paper upload: $250

• Cost per page for excess pages: $200/page (maximum of two excess pages beyond the normal page limit of 6 pages)

Refunds and Cancellations

If an author has uploaded a paper or abstract using their registration, their registration fee will not be refunded even if the paper or abstract is withdrawn, or the author is unable to attend the conference. Other requests for a refund of registration fee will be processed as follows

• Requests received before the advance registration deadline of October 15, 2022 will be fully honored and all registration charges will be refunded.

• Cancellation requests received between October 16, 2022 and November 1, 2022 will receive a partial refund (50%).

• No refunds will be given for cancellation requests after November 1, 2022.
