Final Paper Submission guidelines

All papers must be submitted electronically using PaperPlaza.

Only PDF files will be accepted. A maximum file size of 2MB for all uploaded papers is enforced.

The Proceedings of CPHS 2022 will be published online in the IFAC-PapersOnLine series, hosted on the Elsevier ScienceDirect service, which provides open access to the full text of all accepted papers.

Formatting and Templates

Authors are responsible for submitting their paper in the required format. All papers that are accepted will be published as submitted by the Authors. The Conference is NOT responsible for editing or correcting errors in the paper. Click here or see the Author’s guide for more information on creating IFAC-PapersOnLine-compatible PDFs.

Authors can use the Word template or LaTeX style file below to help ensure compliance with paper size and page margins.

Please test the final manuscript pdf at http://ifac.papercept.net/conferences/support/support.php before uploading.

Page limit restrictions

Accepted papers are limited to 6 pages in the workshop proceedings at no extra charge; up to two extra pages are allowed for a per-page fee.

We remind the authors that the material submitted for presentation at CPHS 2022 must be original, not published or being considered for publication elsewhere. Full responsibility for the paper rests with the authors, who must have taken the necessary steps to obtain permission to use any material that might be protected by copyright.

The author(s) must grant exclusive publishing rights to IFAC under a CC-BY-NC-ND Creative Commons license when they submit the final version of the paper. The copyright belongs to the authors, who have the right to share the paper in the same terms allowed by the end user license, and retain all patent, trademark and other intellectual property rights (including research data).

Authors must use an electronic form as provided by PaperPlaza. No paper may be included in the proceedings unless its License Agreement Form has been uploaded.
